Real time online booking on your own website
Integrated with the PMS, our online booking software will reflect the rooms you have available on your website, without the need for manual updating. This means you can confidently sell your rooms with instant confirmation, automatically, online. Automatically emails you and the guest. Reservations are automatically allocated to a room in the front desk software. iBex even has a "virtual rooms" capability, allowing you to sell all your rooms at once as part of a wedding or party package, or an adjoining twin/double as a suite providing the availability is there - all of course without the risk of double bookings.
Sales and Distribution Channel integration
iBex will interface with your accounts on sales channels including Laterooms, booking.com, Expedia, lastminute.com, hotels.com, hotel.de / hotel.info, Venere, Enjoy England, Budget Places / EnGrande, opodo, Agoda, Rates To Go and Wot If, as well as 3 different GDS options.
What this means is that reservations from those channels will download automatically into iBex and be assigned to a room. Rates and changes to availability are pushed from iBex to the channels in real time. You can even send the channels different rates from those which the general public see.
Telephone Billing Interface
Our interface to PhoneControl allows call billing data to be posted to iBex from your PABX. All major manufacturers are supported including LG, Siemens, Alcatel, Panasonic, Ericsson, NEC and Mitel.
Powerful web rate structures
Vary room rates by season, occupancy, day of the week or minimum stay - or all 4 at once! iBex will even support different child rates, and allows you to sell "extras" like cot-beds, chocolates & flowers, airport transfers, parking. Optional package rates with a fixed fee component allow you to create events based rates - golf packages / watercolour masterclass / cookery residential etc.True last minute and early bird rates with the ability to make these pre-paid, non refundable.
Registered Users
Provide individuals or companies with their own personalised login page, with preferential rates and express booking feature as their contact details auto-populate. For groups or ad campaigns with a 'voucher code' the same feature can be used to provide promotional discount and drive more bookings to your site.
Secure card processing
If PCI-DSS compliance remains one of the things you still haven't got around to resolving, iBex is able to offer a choice of card processing solutions whereby you can take deposits or payment in full whilst remaining within the PCI-DSS guidelines. Any merchant processing credit card data should now be compliant.

Pricing
iBex is available for a low, fixed monthly fee without commission, based on the size of your property. Typical pricing for our PMS and online booking - 10 rooms = £55.00 / month, 20 rooms = £80.00 / month with £69 for setup and training. There are no additional hidden support costs, that's all covered in your monthly fee. With no long contracts, our minimum term is just our notice period of 3 months.
