If you have are registered with Venere / Expedia Easy Manage you can now automate availability, rates and bookings by interfacing your iBex account to Venere.

b) Raise a support ticket here or email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it requesting we set up your Venere connection. We will then advise you of any cost for this.

On receipt and approval Venere will send mapping codes to enable completion of remaining steps. We will set up your connection, but please take note of the details in the yellow box and advise us if there are any issues arising from your own set up.

Note: Venere does NOT send the bookings CV2 data to iBex, though this information does remain available in their extranet.

 

IMPORTANT: Venere receives base room rate only from iBex and does not support extra/adult child pricing. We recommend you either limit your max guests in rooms in Venere setup to match iBex base rate guest count, or create new room rate prices within iBex to map to Venere.

Base 1 pax rates from iBex not transmitted to Venere unless max guest count in rate is also 1. Where room holds more than 1 person and base rate in iBex is 1, the 2 person rate will be transmitted to Venere.


Venere cannot receive multiple stay duration prices for a single room type.


After any extensive modification of your rates/prices within iBex it is recommended you perform a full re-synch to Venere.

 

Remember, we are also able to integrate with booking.com, Expedia Special Rate, Wot If, Rates To Go and SynXis GDS.
