We will:

1. Setup your account for free
2. Be absolutely clear about the costs to you should you choose to continue after the trial
3. Offer a 1 hour training session over the phone with you remotely viewing one of our demonstrators computer screens, or offer a series of short video tutorials as an alternative if time is a commodity in short supply for you
4. Provide ongoing support in the 30 day period and beyond

We don't:

1. Take any financial details or have you sign any Direct Debit mandates etc until you are absolutely happy that iBex is right for you 
2. Get involved in any high pressure sales techniques and false promises, we believe in iBex, it works and speaks for itself
