Ability to create an unlimited number of internal. properties, including property and room descriptions, images, rate and availability.
Each property can have unlimited room types.
Each room type can have unlimited room units.
Each room type can have unlimited rate types.
Online booking page with multiple properties is available in addition to single property booking page.

Ability to set inventory levels and sell method as instant confirmation or on request. If set to instant confirmation, have it automatically change to on request or unavailable once inventory fully sold.
On request mode can be automatically activated based on the number of remaining rooms of a given type - allowing a safety net to prevent over booking via instant confirmation.
On request mode allows for a 'lead time' - preventing Instant Confirmation bookings from being made on the day of arrival.
Ability to block out room types from sale for any selected date range.
